If work has not started, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
If work has started, refunds are generally not available, but we may offer a partial refund at our discretion based on the portion of work not delivered.
Deliverables-based services (e.g., audits) are considered started once discovery or assessment begins.
3. Subscription / Monthly Plans
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing.
We do not typically refund the current billing period once service availability has been provided, except where required by law.
4. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule an appointment-based service, notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late rescheduling may delay delivery timelines.
5. Chargebacks
