- About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of AXENTRA TECHNOLOGIES’s website and services. By purchasing a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
- Services
We provide technology support services, including (but not limited to) IT support, security assessments, website maintenance, backup planning, and related advisory work.
Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be described on product pages and/or in a written proposal or statement of work (SOW). Where there is a conflict, the SOW takes precedence.
- Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access, and any required credentials or approvals to enable us to deliver services.
You are responsible for maintaining your own internal policies and ensuring you have the right to grant us access to your systems.
- Payment & Invoicing
Payments are due as stated at checkout or on the invoice. For subscription plans, billing recurs at the interval shown.
Late payments may result in paused service until accounts are brought current.
- Service Delivery & Scheduling
Support response times may vary by plan and availability. Where SLAs are offered, they will be explicitly stated in the plan description or SOW.
Appointments, migrations, and maintenance windows may require advance scheduling.
- Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for illegal activities, unauthorized access, malware distribution, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, processes, templates, and know-how.
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use any deliverables we create specifically for you for your internal business purposes, unless the deliverable is explicitly licensed differently.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and to use it only for delivering or receiving services, unless disclosure is required by law.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profits, data loss, business interruption) to the extent permitted by law.
- Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party systems, hosting providers, networks, or platforms.
- Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with notice as stated in the plan or SOW. Where no notice period is stated, either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice.
We may suspend service immediately for non-payment, security concerns, or misuse.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ghana.
